Introducing traceability, end-of-line quality station

The end-of-line quality station acquired data from multiple third-party devices and integrated with ODIN Workstation, with a poka-yoke of sticker printing based on result.
The Challenge
To have traceability and a result-based poka-yoke at the end-of-line quality station on an engine line.
How Did We Do This?
- By integrating leak testing and oil filling operations with ODIN Workstation

- For the critical process of tightening the gearbox to drive train, step-by-step operator guidance was provided for the tightening sequence.
Results
- Traceability of checking and oil-filling data from sub-assembly to the main line was done on a QR code basis.
