The Challenge
To perform a test on the final assembly of the cooling system and have full traceability of testing results.
How Did We Do This?
- By implementing ODIN Workstation on the testing station.
- By integrating the existing testing machines, the customer could retrieve data and validate it as per product specifications.

- Manual selection of variants was eliminated as the system decides which variant, based on the barcode.
- Quality data is validated by the system to ensure NOK parts do not leave the line.
