- By connecting with a third-party noise measurement device.
- By connecting our server with the customer network.
Benefits
- Operator guidance for critical tightening operations, with a specified tightening sequence, helped new and old operators perform the operations.
- The customer was able to access the production count and production status from a remote office via the web-based ODIN platform.
Results
- Dot peen marking data was generated through ODIN.
- Many parameters which were previously manually recorded and confirmed could now be automatically stored and validated.
